Refund Policy:
To qualify for a refund, please return your item within 30 days of purchase, unused and in its original packaging. Follow these steps:

- Return the Item: Send the item to Sandy’s Sporting Goods with the RMA number clearly displayed on the package. Ensure the item is fully paid and insured for return shipping.
- Inspection and Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your return.

Return Policy:
To initiate a return, please contact us for an RMA number by calling +1 323-560-8973 or emailing contact@sandyssportinggoods.com. Returns submitted without an RMA will not be accepted. After receiving the RMA, send the item to the address provided.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- COD packages and freight collection will not be accepted.
- Assembly costs are non-refundable.
- Items showing minor wear, or missing packaging or manuals, may be returned with a deduction for the missing items.
- We do not accept returns for damaged items.
- Items held for over 50 days or used are not eligible for a return or refund, although repairs can be arranged at your expense.
