Refund Policy:

To qualify for a refund, please return your item within 30 days of purchase, unused and in its original packaging. Follow these steps:

  2. Return the Item: Send the item to Sandy’s Sporting Goods with the RMA number clearly displayed on the package. Ensure the item is fully paid and insured for return shipping.
  3. Inspection and Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your return.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.

Return Policy:

To initiate a return, please contact us for an RMA number by calling +1 323-560-8973 or emailing contact@sandyssportinggoods.com. Returns submitted without an RMA will not be accepted. After receiving the RMA, send the item to the address provided.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • COD packages and freight collection will not be accepted.
  • Assembly costs are non-refundable.
  • Items showing minor wear, or missing packaging or manuals, may be returned with a deduction for the missing items.
  • We do not accept returns for damaged items.
  • Items held for over 50 days or used are not eligible for a return or refund, although repairs can be arranged at your expense.

  • Returns may incur a restocking fee based on the condition of the item.
  • Shipping fees (both original and return) are non-refundable.
