At Sandy’s Sporting Goods, we are committed to providing high-quality products—including sporting goods, car parts, golf carts, electric bikes, bicycles, and ATVs—along with outstanding customer service. We understand that returns may sometimes be necessary, so we offer a flexible return and refund policy.


Refund Policy:

To qualify for a refund, please return your item within 30 days of purchase, unused and in its original packaging. Follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Support: Email us at contact@sandyssportinggoods.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Return the Item: Send the item to Sandy’s Sporting Goods with the RMA number clearly displayed on the package. Ensure the item is fully paid and insured for return shipping.
  3. Inspection and Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your return.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.

Return Policy:

To initiate a return, please contact us for an RMA number by calling +1 323-560-8973 or emailing contact@sandyssportinggoods.com. Returns submitted without an RMA will not be accepted. After receiving the RMA, send the item to the address provided.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • COD packages and freight collection will not be accepted.
  • Assembly costs are non-refundable.
  • Items showing minor wear, or missing packaging or manuals, may be returned with a deduction for the missing items.
  • We do not accept returns for damaged items.
  • Items held for over 50 days or used are not eligible for a return or refund, although repairs can be arranged at your expense.

Additional Details:

  • Returns may incur a restocking fee based on the condition of the item.
  • Shipping fees (both original and return) are non-refundable.
  • Orders can be canceled prior to shipment with no cancellation fee.

Bought a Marcy Machine , very fair priced with delivery and installation .
Definitely recommend based on my experience working with them.
Also bought a treadmill from them over 10years ago and to this day NO problems and still working.
Even to current 2024, always has the best pricing for equipment

Sandy’s is by far the best when it comes to pricing, quality, customer service, variety of machines and workout equipment. My husband and I were in the market and shopping for a home gym stacked weight machine and a treadmill. We went to half a dozen different retailers — from wholesalers to big box stores, and none of them came close to offering the quality, variety and pricing Sandy’s had. They have a great selection, a good store front layout. And Sandy was very helpful. She was honest, friendly, and great to work with. She gave us great recommendations on the best value we would get on a treadmill, the weight machine, and some other home gym tips. For anyone looking I would recommend they come here. In the event I need something else to add to our home gym I won’t hesitate to come back to Sandy’s!

I got a stationary bike that’s perfect for me, and the price was $50 less than what I saw on Amazon after I’d bought the bike at Sandy’s. I also didn’t have to assemble it, which I realized I would have had to do if I’d bought it elsewhere.

I’m very happy with my purchase (I love this bike!), and I’m glad I went to Sandy’s to get it. It’s the 3rd purchase I’ve made there (dumbbells, and then a kettlebell), and I’ve been very pleased each time.
